However Janney does have a decent number of OOB students now so simply booting the OOB kids who've moved from the school boundaries and giving those slots to kids from low performing schools ought to have minimal impact on the schools enrollment. But all of this is a silly discussion - the real issue in Ward 3 is the enrollment numbers and capacity at Deal and Wilson.[/quote]
