We particularly like that our plan, interiors and exterior are unique (but not off the wall strange) so that it gives you a custom home look and feel rather then your typical cookie cutter tract builder layouts and finishings. So far the house has held up well without issues. The builder has been very responsive in honoring their warranty by sending people out to caulk, touchup and fix landscaping issues and haven't encountered any major problems.
