[/quote] An off smell is often a sign of bacteria - and not the good kind. If your meat smells off or "weird" don't eat it. Good way to get yourself miserably sick. Rotten or contaminated food often doesn't taste bad - that's why people get food poisoning because when cooked the food tastes fine. And sometimes it doesn't smell badly either, but if it does, DON'T EAT IT. [/quote]
