The U13 is a Pilot so nobody knows based on history. Seriously, talk to your TD as any answer given here is pure speculation or is old info.

You should expect the league schedule to be the same as the other age groups.

The showcase element has been covered already and there is no reason to believe that FCV will veer to far off from Spirit's previously mentioned tentative schedule.

If US Soccer will have a U13 bracket in FL and NC then expect to go, otherwise expect the DA's to agree on attending established non-DA tournaments. Those can be in FL and Dallas. Mainly so that the Pilot group in our division can play against the Pilot age group in the Frontier division. [/quote]
