I moved with my tech company FROM SF to Reston, Va when we opened our east coast headquarters. My quality of life is so so much better now. I have no, and I mean no commute, I have a beautiful SFH and my kids go to great schools. I'd need a 500k bump to get in SF that I get in Reston.
