OP Here- not planning on going to the park. That was someone else mentioning a kid peeing in a potty at the park. My question was about going outside to my suburban front yard while DS is naked from the waist down. [/quote]

The first two days I still probably wouldn't. For sure the first day because the bathroom has to be unbelievably close by at all times until they get the hang of it. Like, just a quick run. Having to open the front door, etc might miss crucial seconds because they really won't know how it feels until a few tries.[/quote]
