And Wendi shared a bedroom in the Cherry's house with their 15-year old daughther.  Jake left his family and married Wendi, but they were divorced within four months after she supposedly started dating a man in his 20s.  Of course Wendi Deng later famously became Wendi Deng Murdoch, when she met and became the third wife of media mogul Rupert Murdoch.  (Apparently an Economics degree from Cal State Northridge very quickly teaches one that you do not want to live an obscure life in some tract rambler in La Crescenta, CA, among other things.)[/quote]
