Is a Fairfax trying to tighten up the program? Now that Carol Horn is gone, maybe the new coordinator is playing hardball?
That would only be what their doing if they also rejected sub par NNAT and CogATs but they're not. They reject WISCS of 130+ but people were posting getting in with low-ish NNAT and/or CogATs at right around 132. If you'e playing hardball then an aptitude test, which is not an IQ test that is right at pool shouldn't get in either.
One of DD’s friends got in with 99th percentile NNAT, and 80 odd percentile COGAT. This doesn’t make sense in light of all the high score WISC rejections here. There must be another factor at play here that we’re not aware of.
