Not necessarily. It sounds like they got the system up and running less than two hours after scheduled. They'll give it a little bit to make sure people are able to register without it crashing again, and then they can send an update saying it's open again. They know if they avoid and reschedule it this will just happen again unless they stagger the registration dates, so unless they're going to go that far they might decide to just make this work.[/quote]
