I should also mention that they often have sales for 10%, 15% or 20% off.  A couple of weeks ago they had a 20% Friends and Family promotion.  They always have a great promotion around Mother's Day as well.  I never buy anything full price.

Also, I once wrote to them and asked about their shoes -- they use Ferragamos a lot (those are obvious in the photos) but also really inexpensive ones from Zappos (they told me this in the email).

I'm on there email blast list.  The emails are great -- they have outfit suggestions, sometimes tied to a particular destination (wedding, NYC weekend, beach party, etc).
