Problem solved.[/quote] My point is that OTF is not anything special, whereas solidcore is. I'm the OP, and have not been asking for alternatives. Frankly, I don't think there are other workouts that replicate solidcore. As I posted earlier, even Lagree, which is the closest thing, is boring by comparison. Seriously: anyone who truly loves and gets solidcore isn't going to be satisfied with OTF, or barre, or jazzercise or whatever. And if you don't love it, this isn't the thread for you.
