Lovely neighborhood but not walkable. If you want to a suburban feel but still be close this is a good spot. Otherwise...you make tradeoffs. [/quote]

Barnaby Woods is not walkable, much of CCDC is, but otherwise I agree with you. However, I wouldn't consider a house within the FUDS an eligible trade-off. The PP always touts BW and CCDC on every SV thread, but the truth is that these are far from the only options if one wants to avoid tangible environmental hazards and a family-friendly place with the best school options and amenities.[/quote]
