The grounds can’t handle it. They need to increase in-state admission. They also need to expand offerings online. That is what a board member did, even going as far as to get Teresa Sullivan the boot. She was reinstated after the snobs got her back in. Let’s make UVa, a supposed public university for the students of Virginia, elite again.[/quote]

That is a strange re-telling of what happened with Teresa Sullivan. When the BOV tries to plan and make back room deals with outside interests WITHOUT the president of the school, s$&t will hit the fan. UVA takes less state money every year because Richmond keeps cutting funding. UVA is 70% instate students with a huge endowment. I will not be surprised if they go private sooner than later as they become more financially independent from the state. [/quote]
