Sorry, what?  There are plenty of special Ed kids (multiple buses at our high school for them), minorities (Asian, Middle Eastern), and ESOL kids.  ESOL can be kids from anywhere who are new to the U.S.  [/quote]

McLean HS is not a special education center, but there are still over 10% of the population who receive special education services.  I could not find a stat that showed what the overall FCPS HS population currently receives special education.  Only a gross % that includes those student who received special education in all grades and those that receive series in preschool and after a normal 12th grade.  If you have a link to that stat, we could see how close MHS is to the norm.
