She is currently using her cell phone on data, not on WiFi to continue posting. When you are on WiFi, you have a different IP address than when you are using your phone's data plan. If she goes to a public WiFi (like McD's, Panera, Starbucks, the public library, etc), she'll be assigned a temporary IP address from that location, which would be different from her home and her data plan and hence would not be blocked. She just wants to troll from her home WiFi and is whining because she can't and she's "forced" to read and whine on DCUM on her data plan.[/quote]
