Most guys mark their territory when their wife/girlfriend goes to work on their first day at a new office. Maybe he's just sending a reminder.
I guess I've never had this experience.
Valentine's day is the ultimate public display of affection for woman. No woman wants to be the one who can't answer the question at work, so..what did H get you for Valentine's day? Those flowers on her desk answer the question. It's no different than her flashing around a diamond ring to all her woman friends and co-workers but much cheaper. The ironic thing is, her man never even saw the flowers he ordered. It's just a phone call to the flower shop where the first question is, how much were you looking to spend? As for marking his territory, I've sent flowers to the work of my AP before, when I had one, and to a GF's house where she lived with her BF (who she said she broke up with-a big lie-but just hadn't moved out yet). I was sure to include a nice card with loving sentiments and have it delivered when she wasn't home but he would see it before she got home. I wanted to arrange it so he had to take delivery but you can't tell them what time to deliver on V day. I know, I'm a passive aggressive dick but it was fun to light those fireworks.
