Big story out of Baltimore these days is the corrupt police force... 
Currently cops are on trial for federal racketeering charges and more than two dozen witnesses have testified in recent weeks that officers were detaining people without cause and pocketing thousands of dollars in cash that they recovered.

A third of Baltimore Police recruits set to leave the academy and hit the streets lack a basic understanding of the laws governing constitutional policing and are being pushed through by the department nonetheless.
