When you get the selection or non-selection letter, there will be a tear off portion at the bottom of each letter, which do different things depending on the original letter. For those who are selected, sending in the tear off portion indicates that you DECLINE testing. For those with the "home school" version, sending in the tear off portion means that you want testing.
