She just looked that way when she stood next to Kylie, who poor thing barely had any lips at all. Also, it's obvious Kendall had a nose job too. She's no different then Kim. Just a younger version and she started this plastic surgery much younger than the older Kardashian sisters. Once she's older she'll look equally botched.
