But, as a parent, why wouldn't you cut up your kids food?  I don't think they are looking for tips but Disney prides themselves on good customer service.  Our waiter said they get fired or reassigned to lesser posts if they get complaints as they were sure at the end to ask for a review.  They did go out of their way a few nights and get us mac and cheese or plain pasta for our child but I cannot imagine sitting there while they cut my child'd food.  They also got him a special plate of his favorite things instead of a salad which was cool.  I felt bad as often he would not eat as we fed him room service earlier so he would be ok through the meal.[/quote]
