Bleeding hearts aren’t limited to liberals.  
When I hear folks crying about the removal of Confederate statues and hear them whining about the “war against whites” and hear em wishing for a return to the good ol’ days when women and minorities and non-Christians “knew their place” that damn sure sounds like some bleeding hearts bullshit to me, only difference is that it’s emanating from a perspective on the opposite end of the subjective spectrum.[/quote]

What has Marion Barry done for the city other than turn DC Government into a dysfunctional mess? I remember the days when he told MPD to hire basically any black person off the streets regardless of record which proved disastrous for the city as most of those recruits turned out to be a bunch of problem children who either ended up in jail or fired. That's not even going into the fact that other basic city services were pretty much non functional under his administration. [/quote]

Like I said, somebody sounds butthurt cause dudes who took up arms against the US government and waged war to ensure the enslavement of others aren’t getting paid homage to anymore.
