Perhaps because women's career opportunities are limited by sexual harassment, exclusion from professional and social networks critical to career success, increased emphasis on youth and appearance for succes at work, poor maternity leave options, and poor work/life balance options? Our liberation could benefit you in so many ways, not least of which is that you could be loved for who you are not what you earn.
