As a male, I cannot fathom the kind of things these guys are said to have done to multiple women. I understand why women are now rising in anger and demanding justice. Hope heads roll! You guys should have kneed those jerks in the nuts when you had the chance.. As a senior who was laid off in my early 50s and can never really get back to where I was professionally or financially, I carry a lot of anger and sadness similar to what you must as well. You may say it is not the same, but it is. Who will deal with my issues? These is not going to be a senior uprising to take care of everyone who was fired after 40..
You do realize that women also turn 50, right? And very well could face similar circumstances toward the end of their own careers? I don't see those women regularly trying to usurp this issue with their own bones to pick. If you are really as sympathetic as you claim to be in your first paragraph, you would understand that your second paragraph where you implicitly try to say that sexual harassment is getting undue attention (attention that you sorely believe should really be going to older men like yourself) is unhelpful.
