You serve in exactly the capacity that I thought you did. It also sounds like your sponsoring partner is spending the time you freed up for him trying to be even more productive, rather than just leveraging your hard work by going on vacation or slowing down. One additional piece of advice - ask your sponsoring partner to accompany him on client pitches so that you know how to do them well. You can always bill existing clients from your hotel room, the plane, etc.... for the work you're doing for them (i.e. you don't need to stay behind in the office).[/quote]
