[/quote] Same, although I find Millennials tend not to be great with typical office software like Outlook, because they only encounter it for the first time at the office. The worst ageists in my office are the late 40s / early 50s people, toward the people in their 60s or older. I think they feel themselves slowing down, and lash out at the people slowing more / already. [/quote]
