[/quote] That might have helped Damore. I suspect that HR didn't respond because they didn't know how to respond. But if they explained why they weren't doing things his way, and also potential consequences for expressing views the way they did, he might still be working there. They also could have provided him with a broader perspective on the research regarding gender difference in the work place.[/quote]
