Her man is so hot.
He’s good looking AND he’s rich as hell AND he seems like he’s probably a decent guy.
Not to be contrary but you realize that she is worth about 17 times what he is, right? He's worth a net of about $9M with annual income about $1-2M and she's worth net about $150M with annual income of about $3-5M for tournaments alone not including the higher value of her sponsorships, advertising is and appearance fees. She probably makes over $10M a year for those.
You imbecile... he is the co-founder of Reddit and has a significant ownership stake of something currently valued at $1.8B; that has yet to go public. Let me guess... you don't READ.
Actually, yes I do READ, but apparently you don't. In 2005, he sold his ownership of Reddit to Conde Nast who later spun it off into it's own independently owned subsidiary. In 2015, he was hired back on the board of directors, but he only owns a tiny share of the company. From his own web-site and biography: http://alexisohanian.com/pages/about
After graduating from UVA in 2005, Alexis and his co-founder Steve Huffman started Reddit, which they sold in 2006 to Conde Nast. In 2015, he returned to a full-time capacity with Steve Huffman as the two returned to the helm of a fully independent Reddit, which is now the 4th largest US website, 8th largest in the world. In 2016, he joined Garry Tan in kicking off the third fund for Initialized Capital, an early stage venture capital firm.
This is directly from the reddit site: https://redditblog.com/2013/08/06/reddit-myth-busters/
reddit has 3 sets of shareholders: The largest shareholder is still Advance Publications. The second-largest set of shareholders are reddit employees. In the spin-out that occurred in early 2012, Advance voluntarily reduced its sole ownership to that of a partial owner in order to put ownership in the hands of current and future employees. The third and smallest fraction consists of a set of angel investors. Collectively, these angel investors own less than 1% of the company and the amount held by any angel is actually less than that owned by any single employee. They are:
Alexis Ohanian, previously co-founded reddit
...

READ again. Where does it say that he owns a tiny share of the company? In addition to being a co-founder, he is also an employee. The second largest set of shareholders are reddit employees. As a co-founder, he has an equity stake in the company that is higher than the employee who is granted options.
His portion as an angel investor is tiny. There are 13 angel investors who total less than 1% ownership of the company. As for his employee share ownership, the employees are the second largest set of shareholders, so let's say they own 49% of the company. Advance Publications owns 50%, employees own 49% and angel investors own 1%. 49% of $1.8B is about $880M. Divide by 28 employees that's about $31.5M on average for each. Maybe a little more since they are probably not even shares. That brings it up to probably $40-45M. This matches up since several sites estimate their net worth is around $200M and she is worth about $150M. Okay, she's only worth 3 times as much as he is instead of 17 times. The point is that she's still a lot richer than him.
