I kept it off just doing lazy keto (just staying away from carbs, only tracking during the week, eating/drinking whatever I wanted on the weekends) and also a couple vacations where I literally ate anything from pasta, dessert, lots of wine everyday from August - November. I've gained a few pounds since the last few weeks as I've been eating whatever I want, plus not exercising as much.[/quote] I should add - the thing I learned from keto is understanding the difference between when I'm really hungry or just craving food out of habit and also how to manipulate carbs in my diet. For instance if I want to tighten up for a trip or an event, etc., I can cut back. [/quote]
