Agreed. Although demographics here may reflect wealth demographics, it is certainly not a race issue. Poor people of any race of similar socio-economic background if placed in such a wealth divided area would cause similar problems. [/quote]

Ever been to any city in SE Asia? The land of extreme wealth divides? I call BS on this statement because despite the extreme poverty prevalent in these nations, the crime rates are nowhere near as high as they are in what you'll find in our inner cities. This is a cultural problem specific to Black Americans. [/quote]

NP.  I live in in NOVA.  We don't lock our doors.  We're happy to be boring here, and safe.
