[/quote] I live in Cap Hill and bought in 2013 around the upper 600’s. The newly renovated houses behind me sold for $1.2, 1.6, and now there’s one listed for 2.1. If anything, I’m worried we won’t be able to upgrade the way things keep appreciating.[/quote]
