Whether the class was actual Algebra I content or not, it has to be a full year on a student's transcript.[/quote] Yeah but when the transcripts read Alg 1 Alg 2 Pre Calc DCPS still made them test out of those classes — and retake Geometry. Now BASIS students going to DCPS are allowed to at least try to test out of Geometry, in addition to Alg. FWIW kids who go to a DCPS from SWW will have the same problem in the future since they also do an integrated math sequence. [/quote]
