It doesn't matter the sex drive. Women won't have sex with somebody they resent or is a jerk. Which is why pouting over not getting sex gets you less sex. The 1st Viagra for women study failed because they did not screen for men that were jerks. Basically, no pill in the world will make a women have sex with a jerk. The emotional connection breaks down with resentment... Like being gone every frickin Saturday morning leaving mom as a single mom after an intense workweek. Once the study got rid of men that were jerks they could do a study to see if sex drive increased with drugs.
Unfortunately, that's not why. Male viagra effectively treats the physical symptom of ED in men that have a normal libido and otherwise want to have sex. The reason Addyi failed is that female low desire isn't a physical problem at all. It's a mental problem, and the afflicted women don't actually want to have sex, and (unsurprisingly) are not motivated to seek treatment. The biggest advocates for Addyi are the male partners, which basically means there is no legitimate female market for Addyi patients, even if it DID work.
 Mansplaining ..., yawn True women won't bang jerks (ala low desire) But the 2nd study increased libido once you corrected for the fact women won't bang bad HS.
