I wish they would just go 1st, 2nd, 3rd, teams but in 2017, that would not be PC.

You can thank me later, but what I just did is admit that I'm a CCL parent and they will attack the league now!  BTW, we were in a tournament last weekend and noticed a ton of "1st" teams playing down into lower brackets in an effort to take home metals.  Glad to see a few of them getting taken out of medal running.

Glad we are not all crazy trolls on this board - it is some peoples pastime to troll these boards just to set people off - don't respond to Trolls.

I agree that 1st teams should not be playing down if they are competitive in that division.  Our situation was that our 2nd team was playing in a low bracket - but it was still competitive division with teams from Ohio, PA, NJ, etc....  The top team "borrowed" some of our best players, which is why I think our 2nd team was playing lower than it should have.[/quote]
