You clearly have no idea of what happened in the situation.  He was ahead of the guy who tried to continue forward without yielding, which meant A) he could crash into the curb or B) he could crash into the guy, or C) he could have slammed on his brakes.  Yes you do sound like a jerk.[/quote]
