I also wonder how it's relevant. "Lots of kids in the Blair SMACS magnet are from Bethesda and Potomac" =/= "Every kid who applies from Bethesda or Potomac gets admitted to the Blair SMACS magnet."

Not to mention, why are all of these kids from Bethesda and Potomac applying to the Blair SMACS magnet if the Bethesda/Potomac high schools are far more challenging?
