[/quote] I am not defending calling a child obese at that weight, but my son is 48 inches and 52 pounds, and his doctor suggested we keep an eye on his intake of sweets. The issue is not that he is obese- he isn't. The issue is that his percentile height is much less than his percentile weight.[/quote]
