OP here, thank you.  I shared because I needed to vent and already put things in motion to resolve this on behalf of a majority of the families on the team.  I'm 1/2 latino, but don't look it so this would not be the first time I've been called racist (fill in with white comment if needed) and I'm ok with it since the purpose of my vent had nothing to do with race.  I probably should have picked a forum where everyone can't hide behind a generic User ID. [/quote]

YW.  Ignore the trolls.  Sometimes they just pick a thread to squat on and try to find something, anything to derail.

Anyway.  I would report to the team managers, perhaps say what he was saying in Spanish.  Keep reporting, keep reporting, keep reporting.  If you are friends with anyone else on the team, ask them to report him too [/quote]
