Have you ever heard of reasonable expectation of privacy? That's the absolute key when talking about privacy law. A nanny doesn't have it because she is working. Just like you can be recorded in an office building while you work. But guests staying overnight in a property for which they are paying a lodging rate absolutely have an expectation of privacy. That's why hotels don't have security cameras in the rooms. You are either an idiot or a troll.[/quote]
