Maybe the professor has an open marriage? Maybe they aren't sleeping together? Who cares? I also had professors who slept with grad students (including female professors with male students). If they are both consenting adults, how is it my business? I never dated professors as a grad student because I think it is a bad power dynamic and also worried about the gossip. The minute I got divorced, I had a few professors ask me out. But honestly, if they date other grad students, how does it affect me? It doesn't. OP needs to understand that their will always be people out there who will act unethically or immoral. [/quote]
