I think PP is referring to the membership registration fee for the council (GSCNC).  That is something the parents need to do on their own.  That is totally separate from any troop dues.  I wouldn't even include it in the dues.  I would have the parents sign their girls up and pay the fee on line.  The "dues" are really about the costs of running the troop.  [/quote]
