thanks. I think there were a few positions that were looking for very specific skillsets that are best gained not in the government. There was only 7 people in my orientation and only 1 was a current fed. The positions were all 14s or 15s.[/quote]

yeah most of the 7-11 stuff i see is for fed employee only.
