I'm sure your sister is going to get defensive. I bolded the line that was meant to be mean and hurtful, deliberately so. The 'not much time left' is meant to be a way to guilt you. I would respond again with "I understand there isn't much time left, which is why I wish I could be with everyone without these type of comments being made. Until that can happen, I choose to have some distance". That leaves the action item on her, not on you. [/quote]
