This really surprises me.  Two tours we've taken so far caused DC to scratch the school off the list.  Kid found one place too "bland," and [b]didn't like  the seriousness/frowns on the student's faces at another.[/b]  Not going to force DC to go to a school the kid just doesn't like. You can only find this out by visiting when school is in session. Luckily kid did really like a third school that seemed quite welcoming and seems a good fit.[/quote]

I have never heard such utter idiocy. Maybe there was a class of students who had received bad news. Maybe they were focused on something very serious. You don't dismiss an academic institution on the fact you saw a few frowny kids. That's lunacy.[/quote]
