One also has to wonder what games Mary Cheh is playing. My understanding is that she has not also referred her report to the IG. She's also in a rather strong position to propose reforms, yet does not do so. Seems to rather prefer weakening Bowser for her own gain rather than trying to promote clean government. [/quote]
