They can, however, not be permitted to re-enroll if they are an out of bounds student or a student in a charter school. It's pretty much up to the schools whether they want to enforce that or not. If you are not allowed to re-enroll, you will have to re-apply to PK4 through the lottery, which is closed, and then next year, maybe your child doesn't have a seat anywhere. Realistically, most schools will not enforce that, but they could, if they wanted to.[/quote]
