And I am the above poster who never refrigerates my lunch including yogurt. Never been sick. I can understand a cold pack if you prefer things cold, but from a safety standpoint, there is no point. [/quote] I don't know why "we" feel that way ;), but in my case I hated warm meat lunches and my kids do too. I don't send an ice pack if it is just fruit, pb&j or if I packed a thermos. [/quote]
