Hi OP, the reason its so easy to point out this discrepancy is because the cluster of Whitman has only one middle school which is Pyle and all the kids go to Whitman.  Likewise, currently the BCC cluster has only one middle school which is Westland and the entire population goes to BCC.[/quote]
