of course how lazy are you that you can't do this?
 I don't pack an ice pack during the school year - their lunches are in a Yumbox, inside of an insulated bag, inside of their cool, dark locker. When they go to summer camp, and the lunch is outside, I pack an ice pack.
yuck. would you want to eat a sandwich with cheese and lunch meat under those conditions? I would NOT. Put an effing ice pack in there. It takes 2 seconds.
Do you. Some people don't like ice cold food. I don't like cold sandwiches, and neither do my kids. The PB&J that I pack 99% of the time doesn't need an ice pack. I'm amused that the "ice packers" are acting like the people that don't put ice packs in lunches are putting arsenic in lunches. It's not about the "2 seconds" of effort. It's not necessary.
