Flower Valley is lovely, but go south of Bel Pre, heading near Parkland into the area near Brookhaven and you can see the neighborhood changing. PPs must have a short memory. Remember that man who shot his wife, and then shot another woman at Montgomery Mall last year? Police ended up catching him at the Boston Market right there in Aspen Hill.
