DCPS (and most districts) count on teachers doing A LOT more, and we generally do it happily. For the District to maintain these expectations while putting off negotiating a contract for 4+ years and then making an offer that doesn't include retro pay feels like bad faith on their part. Teachers are frustrated like I've not seen before in all my years with DCPS. [/quote]
